1 | GATHERING AT THE SITE:

First, we meet with the client at the site, preferably with the architectural design plans, and we talk about expectations. We observe the site, searching for its soul, and we study the views, surroundings, vegetation and existing elements. We take notes and pictures.

2 | SURVEY | INITIAL IDEAS | PRELIMINARY PROJECT:

We develop a survey plant, and a study of the topography, drainage, wind exposure and sun aspect. Preliminary ideas and conceptual images are discussed. A second meeting with the client takes place and basic conditions are adjusted. Then follow meetings with work teams, visits to the site, and presentation of the preliminary project through plans and artistic sketches, together with the preparation of an approximate budget.

3 | PROJECT:

Plans for technical planting and construction details. Leveling plans. Total irrigation requirements study and plan of irrigation needs. Lists of plants, including quantity and size. Project’s budget. Technical specifications.

4 | EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT | TECHNICAL DIRECTION:

Technical direction of the project. Follow up performed a month after the project is completed. Sporadic visits to observe the evolution of the plants and their interaction with the environment. Containing native and non-native locally adapted plants, our gardens respond by growing fast, self seeding, attracting butterflies, and giving off textures and perfumes.
